Introduction:
805 rheological additive is a kind of organic ammonium montmorillonite organoclay, is a kind of
white powder with high transparency and good performance in constancy reinforcement, thixotropic
and anti-depositing. It has gelatin capability to medium to high polarity systems as well as various
hydrogenated oil and composite linking substances. It is equivalent to Bentone 27.

Usage:
805 belongs to the conventional type of organoclay group, which requires mechanical energy, shear
forces applied with a goods dispersion equipment, and a chemical (polar) activator to reach the
proper level of delamination of the organoclay platelet stacks.
Polar Activator: Dosage of polar activator(such as 95%ethanol, 95%methanol, 95%acetone or
propylene carbonate) is 30%-60% by weight of 805.
It is always recommended to determine the proper level of addition by experiment. Either defect
or excess of chemical activator would result in poorer viscosity development.
Dosage
The amount of 805 rheological additive required depends upon the type of organic system and the
degree of thickening or other properties desired. Addition levels are typically between 0.2%-2.0%
based on the total formulation weight.

Kraft paper bag interior with PE.
The weight : 25±0.25kg per bag.

Product should be stored in ventilated, cool and dry place.
